greatwhitefitstore.com partners with major international logistics companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who in turn work with local courier companies, enabling us to deliver directly to your door. We are proud to offer flat rates.
Our delivery time is 10-20 days; order details and tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours. Specific delivery times depend on the logistics company and government departments.
Your order and all payments will be processed and approved before shipment, which may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.
Shipping Process
We will begin processing your order immediately, so no changes (including address changes) can be made after order submission. We only ship the goods to the address you entered when placing your order. You only need to pay for the shipped goods plus applicable shipping and taxes.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order has shipped.
We only ship on weekdays; we do not ship on Saturdays and public holidays.
Normally, we will deliver your order within 10-20 days. Some items may take longer, especially during holiday seasons (up to 20 days) or if your order contains popular items with limited stock. We will ship as soon as we confirm the item is in stock.
For orders containing multiple items, delivery times may vary as the items may be shipped in batches depending on the location of our partner merchants.

These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. greatwhitefitstore.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If the shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all applicable import duties and return charges.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
greatwhitefitstore.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report this to your carrier and/or file a claim.
Note: When assessing damage or return claims, we use the timestamp information in the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation information. If you do not report this, we may not be able to confirm your claim.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct before placing an order. We will begin processing your order immediately, so once the order is placed, we cannot change the address. If the order has already been processed by our delivery department, we cannot retrieve the package to change the address.
